Starting from September 9, 2025, the Singapore Webshop payment channel has been adjusted. The transaction limits for Singapore – WALLET – GRABPAY are now as follows:
a. Single transaction range: 0.01 ~ 200 SGD
b. Bulk or multiple purchases: 0.01 ~ 200 SGD
As a result, any webshop package exceeding 200 SGD—whether through a single payment, bulk purchase, or multiple transactions—can no longer be purchased via this channel and will be shown as “Unavailable.”
Please take note of this adjustment. For higher-value purchases, kindly use other payment channels or webshop regions. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
