With the release of the new update, Moonlight Blade M has made the following balance adjustments to enhance your overall gaming experience.
[General Adjustments] Skill-Related
- Fixed an issue where the summoned Puppet Master Break Through Puppet was displayed incorrectly.
- Fixed an issue where some classes had abnormal Knock Up abilities when performing normal attacks on floating targets.
- Fixed an issue where the Rogue Talent “Phoenix Termination” incorrectly increased damage against targets with Super Armor.
[Duelist]
Mode 1
- Wuhen Jianyi: The duration of Wuhen Jianyi has been adjusted to 3 seconds.
- Wuhen Jianyi Talent - Thousand Rivers III: Now allows Wuhen Jianyi to be used while in a suppressed state, but using it does not restore Focus or cause breaking and suppressing effects on the target. The number of counterattacks is increased by one.
- Eave's Snow Talent - Snow Crack III: The floating vulnerable effect has been reduced from 10% to 5%.
- After the Moon: The single damage coefficient has been reduced to 24% of Attack.
- When dashing fails to hit a target, the cooldown reduction has been increased from 5 seconds to 6 seconds.
Mode 2
- Removed the immobilization effect of After the Moon on targets with Focus in the Duelist's decision Mode.
- Returning Wind: Now deals additional damage when hitting a single non-player target.
- Storm Blade: The extra damage against a single non-player target has been increased.
[Puppet Master]
Mode 1
Puppet Master's strength in ranked duels is quite high, and its burst damage in the Synchronicity phase is overly dominant. Therefore, its burst damage has been reduced, while the output of its general skills has been enhanced. Specific changes are as follows:
- The Damage Increase talent of Synchronicity has been adjusted from 7% to 5%.
- Synchronicity: The damage increase effect during its duration has been reduced from 20% to 15%.
- Synchronicity: After triggering, the puppet combo attack of Meteor Rain will now trigger at the first hit, immediately knocking the target airborne.
- The damage reduction effect of Blossom Galestorm has been reduced from 50% to 40%.
- Fixed an issue where Meteor Rain would be interrupted if the enemy used a control-breaking skill first.
- Splendor of Moon: The final segment damage has been increased from 65% to 80% of Attack.
- Heart-piercing Ling: The damage has been increased from 90% to 100% of Attack.
Mode 2
- In the Control the crane and catch the dragon Mode, the more targets hit by Star Burst, the higher the damage. The damage of The Finisher has been greatly increased, with adjustments to its enhancement effects.
- Out-of-Combat Craftsmanship Recovery: The out-of-combat mechanism has been modified to restore Craftsmanship instead of clearing it.
- Thousand Needles: Deals additional damage to single non-player targets.
General Adjustments
- Separated the shared cooldown group for Splendor of Moon and puppet skills, and reduced the shared cooldown time for Star Burst and The Finisher.
- Adjusted Puppet Master’s normal attack rhythm and animation.
[Sentinel]
Mode 1
- Last Stand can now be used while in a suppressed state and suppresses nearby enemies for 1.5 seconds. After use, Focus is not restored, and it does not deal damage to break the target’s Focus. The Super Armor duration has been reduced to 2 seconds.
- Last Stand Talent - Brave Water I: The Super Armor duration has been increased to 3 seconds.
- Last Stand Talent - Brave Water II: Refreshes the cooldown of Tiger Break.
- Last Stand: The healing effect has been reduced from 5% to 3%.
- The effective range of Five-Combo has been slightly shortened.
- Unstoppable Shots: Now pulls airborne targets to the ground.
- The cooldown reduction for Tiger Break when Unstoppable Shots hits has been reduced from 3 seconds to 2 seconds.
- Passive - Combat Veterancy: Damage reduction when taking damage from enemies 9 meters away has been increased from 10% to 15%.
- Passive - Intense Battle: Removed the additional defense effect.
- Passive - Intense Battle: The healing effect has been increased from 40% to 50% of Attack.
Mode 2
- Relentless Roar: Now stuns nearby targets and deals damage upon use.
- The damage has been increased from 100% to 200%, with an additional AOE effect that deals 150% Attack damage to other nearby targets.
- Removed the immobilization effect of Nodding Phoenix on targets with Focus. Increased the damage dealt to single non-player targets by 30%.
- Gale Spear: Deals additional damage to single non-player targets.
- The cooldown of Overhead drop has been reduced by 2 seconds, and its effective range has been increased by 1.5 meters.
[Muse]
Mode 1
- Love Melody: The dash distance has been reduced to match other classes. The final movement distance has been slightly shortened to bring Muse closer to the target for easier follow-up aerial strikes, such as Beautiful Moments.
- The control-breaking range has been reduced to match other classes.
- Fragrant Traces: The rhythm of the strikes has been adjusted, with an overall slight increase in attack speed.
- Strike down: The duration has been extended by 3 seconds.
Mode 2
- Umbrella spin, Death Umbrella: Deals a large amount of extra damage to single non-player targets. The starting speed of Umbrella spin has been adjusted so it won't be interrupted by skills like dodging, preventing damage loss.
General Adjustments
- Passive - Heavenly Beauty: After triggering the passive, the duration of the Super Armor has been increased to 3 seconds, and some health is instantly recovered. The cooldown time has been reduced by 3 seconds.
[Conjurer]
Mode 1
- Optimized the Jade Spirit Mechanism.
- Moon and Flower Shadows passive skill effect adjustment: Conjurer will gain 2 units of Jade Spirit energy when entering combat. When Conjurer accumulates 2 units of Jade Spirit, it triggers a special QTE skill — Moon and Flower Shadows, granting Conjurer a 2-second Moon and Flower Shadows state. During this state, Conjurer has Super Armor, movement speed is increased by 30%, and incoming Focus damage is reduced by 80%. When attacked or when the form ends, it triggers a second-stage AOE that deals strong Focus-breaking damage and temporary suppression, adding a 4-second debuff. During this debuff, when the target’s Focus is broken, any attack will suppress them.
- When 4 units of Jade Spirit are accumulated, it triggers Soul Retrieve Attack. After use, no follow-up five-hit combo is triggered, and its damage coefficient has been adjusted to 260% of Attack.
- Snowtread Clouds: Restores 1 unit of Jade Spirit, and its QTE Kunshan Jade Break has been changed to a 1-stage skill.
- Killing Intent: Cooldown increased by 2 seconds. Casting range adjusted to 12 meters, and the duration reduced to 2 seconds/3 seconds (with Talent). Cooldown reduced to 18 seconds, and restores 1 unit of Jade Spirit.
- Skillful Conversion: The casting range of Skillful Conversion has been increased to 10 meters, and the illusionary five-hit combo inherits the Masterforging effect. After use, it triggers a secondary effect Skillful Conversion· Control Break, which lasts for 20 seconds. It can be used in a suppressed state, but after use, it does not restore Focus, nor does it break or suppress the target — it simply allows an immediate retreat.
- The shared cooldown of control-breaking skills has been shortened by 0.3 seconds.
- Soundless Melody: Base damage increased to 20% of Attack.
- Soul Retrieve Attack and Killing Intent deal extra damage to non-player targets.
Mode 2
- Tunes in Harmony: Fixed issues where the Super Armor and group speed buff effects were lost in some situations.
[Rogue]
Mode 1
- Talent Terminate I: Extra damage against Super Armor targets increased from 10% to 15%.
- A Host of Ghosts: The effective casting range of Shadow Spike during stealth has been increased by 2 meters.
[Vagrant]
Mode 1
- Drunken River: After use, triggers Drunken River· Control Break skill. This skill can be used within 15 seconds and allows for suppression release and knockback of surrounding targets. It also suppresses Focus-broken targets but does not restore the user's Focus.
- Passive (Mutual Cooperation): Additional 5% damage to Super Armor targets.
Mode 2
- Earthshaking Roar: Cooldown reduced by 3 seconds.
- Earthshaking Roar: Damage increased from 100% to 200%.
- Earthshaking Roar: Slowing effect on targets hit has been enhanced.
- Earthshaking Roar: Hit effect changed to Knockup.
- Dragon's triple fist: Added a second-stage AOE effect that deals 150% of Attack damage.
- Cracked Kick: Damage increased by 30% against single non-player targets.
- Removed the immobilization effect of Sweeping Strikes on targets with Focus.
- Body Slam: Increased damage against Super Armor monsters.
- Lixuan Kick, Sweeping Strikes: Both skills now deal extra damage to single non-player targets.
