To provide a more convenient top-up experience, the Webshop will now support the Bulk Purchase/Multiple Top-Up feature!
1. Top-up for Tickets is now faster and more efficient—especially for heroes participating in cumulative top-up events or with high purchase needs!
Webshop system supports Bulk Purchase, allowing up to 10 items to be selected in a single order.
Please note that Webshop does not support Bulk Purchase of items with the same type in a single transaction. The following items should not be selected together using the Bulk Purchase order:
- Monthly Card –Card Pack Normal, Card Pack Advanced
- Battle Pass – Battle Pass Normal, Battle Pass Advanced, Battle Pass Normal to Advanced
- Daily/Weekly Packs –Gift Pack 1, Gift Pack 2, Gift Pack 3, Gift Pack 1 week
- Growth Fund - Growth Fund 1, Growth Fund 2, Growth Fund 3 etc.
If you attempt to Bulk Purchase of items with the same type in a single transactio n (such as Monthly Cards, Battle Pass, Daily/Weekly Pack, Growth Fund, etc.), the system will only deliver one of the selected items, while the rest will fail to be delivered—even though the full amount will still be charged. Please pay attention to avoid unintentional loss.
2.Webshop Supports Multiple Top-Up for Tickets only (Up to 10 Items)
The Webshop only supports multi top-up for “Ticket” packages. Other event items or special items are not supported by this feature. You may select up to 10 items per order.

- Webshop system supports Bulk Purchase, allowing to select up to 10 items at once.
However, aside from Ticket packages, if you attempt to top up multiple items of the same type (such as Monthly Cards, Battle Pass, Daily/Weekly Pack, Growth Fund, etc.), only one of the selected items will be delivered, and the remaining items will fail—even though the full amount will still be charged.
Please handle purchases with care to avoid accidental losses. - Multiple Top-Up is currently only supported for "Ticket" packages. Other event items or special items are not supported. Each purchase session allows a maximum of 10 items
- (VN Market only) When topping up via Zing Card, Points can still be accumulated. However, when themulti top-up feature is enabled (which is the default), Points cannot be used for discounts. To use Points, please disable themulti top-up feature before proceeding with the top-up. This issue is specific to the VN market and may not affect other markets.
- If you encounter issues such as uncredited top-ups or payment failure, please verify your internet connection and payment information, or contact Customer Service for assistance.
